The EPA said it found a leak on one of its four water pipes at a Texas refiner and that there were no indications that oil had leaked.

The spill was discovered Friday by a worker at the refinery and sent water flowing through the pipeline.

It was not immediately known how much of the leak was in the pipeline and whether any of the leaks could be stopped.

The EPA is conducting an investigation into the incident, which it says is likely linked to the leak.
